Our produce is only available from November to January, so don't miss out. If you are interested in purchasing some of our beef, placing an order today will insure that you receive some of our produce at our next availability. The meat is fresh from the butcher at this time so it must be picked up on the day for immediate eating or freezing. Always a good idea to keep a few steaks out for fresh eating - enjoy!

Available Options
Our produce is available in either Half or Full Sides (one whole animal being two sides) at $9.50 and $9 per kg respectively. The Half Side Pack, ranging from 40 to 50 kg, is predetermined whilst a Full Side ranges from 85 to 110 kg and leaves you with the freedom to choose your cuts. All cuts are packed to the portion size of your choice, ranging from 1 person to 6 people, or in bulk to be divided as you see fit. Even the so called "lesser cuts" of our beef are tender and full of flavor.
